Terms and Conditions

 

Chapter 1: General Provisions

 

1.     Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and service users for the use of applications, websites, products, contents, and other services (hereinafter referred to as ¡°services¡±) provided by TENADA (hereinafter referred to as ¡°the Company¡±). , and other necessary matters.

2.     Definition of Terms

(1)    The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

1)     ¡°Company¡± means a business that provides services.

2)     ¡°Service¡± means the applications, websites, products, content, and other ancillary services provided by the Company.

3)     ¡°Free service¡± refers to the service provided by the company free of charge.

4)     ¡°Pro Service¡± refers to the service provided by the company in Euros, such as paid assets or paid asset properties.

5)     ¡°Asset¡± refers to video, image, audio, animation, font, template, effect, etc. provided by the service.

6)     ¡°Asset Properties¡± means the color, size, resolution, brightness, shadow, texture, playback properties, animations, animation properties and other ancillary properties of Assets in the Service.

7)      ¡°Customer¡± refers to a customer who uses the services provided by the company.

8)     ¡°Member¡± refers to a customer who has signed up for membership through the membership registration process provided by the company.

9)     ¡°Mobile device¡± means a device that can be used by downloading or installing content, such as a mobile phone, smartphone, personal digital assistant (PDA), tablet, etc.

10)   ¡°Application¡± means any program downloaded or installed through a mobile device to use the services provided by the company.

11)   ¡°Account information¡± means the member¡¯s external account information, device information, nickname, profile picture, friend list, etc., information provided by the member to the company, application usage information (information about assets and asset properties, etc.), payment information, etc. collectively.

12)   ¡°Content¡± means any paid or free content (app and network services, applications, assets, asset properties, etc.) digitally produced in connection with the provision of services for use on mobile devices.

13)   ¡°User content¡± refers to texts, pictures, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as codes, texts, images, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted in the service by members in the process of using the service.

14)   ¡°App Market¡± refers to a space where developers register and sell mobile content, etc., and broker transactions so that users can purchase mobile content, etc. Depending on the mobile operating system (OS), the typical app market for Android is the Google Play Store and for iOS, the Apple App Store.

15)   ¡°App market operator¡± means a business operator that operates an app market so that mobile contents developed and produced by developers can be traded.

(2)    Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations and policies for each service, except for those set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article.

 

3.     Notice of company information.

The company makes it possible for customers to see each of the following items within the application service or through the connection screen for easy identification.

1)     Trade name and representative's name

2)     Address of the business office (including the address where member complaints can be handled)

3)     E-mail address

4)     Privacy policy

5)     Terms of Service.

 

4.     Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions

(1)    The company posts the contents of these terms and conditions within the application service or on the connection screen so that customers can know.

(2)    When the company revises the terms and conditions, the date of application, the contents of the revision, the reason for the revision, etc. shall be specified and posted to the customer within the application service or on the connection screen from at least 7 days before the effective date. However, if the changed content is unfavorable to the member or is a significant change, it is notified in the same way as in the main text up to 30 days before the effective date and the customer is notified by the method of Article 27 Paragraph 1. In this case, the contents before and after the revision are clearly compared and displayed in an easy-to-understand manner for customers.

(3)    If the company revises the terms and conditions, after the notice of the revised terms and conditions, the customer's consent to the application of the revised terms is checked. In the event of a notice or notice in Paragraph 2, the company will also notify or notify that if the customer does not express his/her intention to agree or reject the amended terms, it will be deemed to have been agreed. If you do not mark it, you may be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions. 5.      Conclusion and application of the contract of use

(1)    Customers can legitimately download and use the service on their mobile device from the App Market.

(2)    The customer must use the service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the customer does not agree to these terms, they must not access or use the service.

(3)    In order to use some of the services, the customer must register as a member and create an account. A person who wants to become a member (hereinafter referred to as "subscription applicant") agrees to these terms and conditions and separate personal information processing policy, then applies for membership, and the company approves such application, and membership registration is completed. In principle, the company approves the application of the applicant for membership. However, the company may refuse to accept the application for use that falls under any of the following subparagraphs. Chapter 2. Personal Information Management

 

7.      Protection and use of personal information

(1)    The company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and the protection and use of personal information is in accordance with the relevant laws and the company's personal information processing policy. However, the company's privacy policy does not apply to linked services other than the services provided by the company.

(2)    The company does not provide personal information of members to others without the consent of the person, except in cases where there is a request from the relevant national organization in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

(3)    The company is not responsible for any damage caused by leakage of personal information due to reasons attributable to the member.

 

Chapter 3 Obligations of Parties to Use Agreement

 

8.     Obligations of the company

(1)    The company faithfully complies with the relevant laws and regulations, the exercise of rights and the fulfillment of obligations stipulated in these terms and conditions.

(2)    The company must have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that customers can use the service safely, and disclose and comply with the personal information processing policy. The company shall not disclose or provide personal information of customers to third parties except as provided in these Terms and Conditions

(3)    and Privacy Policy.

(4)    In order to provide continuous and stable service, if there is a failure in the facilities or data is lost or damaged while improving the service, there is no unavoidable reason such as natural disasters, emergencies, failures or defects that cannot be resolved with current technology. Every effort will be made to repair or restore it without delay.

9.     Obligations of the customer

(1)    Customers should not engage in any of the following acts regarding the use of services provided by the company.

1)     The act of writing false information when applying for use or changing member information.

2)     The act of selling or donating cyber assets (video, image, audio, animation, font, template, effect, etc.) through services or abnormal methods not provided by the company, or acquiring and using them.

3)     The act of posting or sending an e-mail by pretending to be an employee or operator of the company, stealing another person's name, pretending to be another person, or falsely specifying the relationship with another person.

4)     The act of purchasing paid content by stealing another person's credit card, wired/wireless phone, bank account, etc., and fraudulent use of other members' IDs and passwords.

5)     The act of collecting, storing, posting, or distributing other members' personal information without permission.

6)     Acts of gambling, inducing gambling, exchanging and posting obscene or vulgar information, linking (link) pornographic sites, and transmitting or distributing words, sounds, writings, pictures, or videos that cause shame, disgust or fear to others.

7)     The act of using a service for purposes other than its original purpose, such as for profit, sales, advertising, public relations, political activities, and election campaigns, without permission.

8)     Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, promotion, or commercial use of information obtained using the company's services, or abuse of known or unknown bugs to use the service.

9)     The act of deceiving another person to benefit, or causing damage to another person in connection with the use of the company's services.

10)   An act of infringing on intellectual property rights or portrait rights of a company or another person, or damaging or damaging the reputation of another person.

11)   The act of intentionally transmitting, publishing, distributing, or using viruses, computer codes, files, programs, etc., designed to interfere with, destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment (computer programs) prohibited by law.

12)   Changing applications, adding and inserting other programs into applications, hacking and reverse designing servers, leaking and changing source codes or application data, or arbitrarily changing or stealing parts of websites.

13)   Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations or violate good customs and other social norms.

(2)    The customer is responsible for managing the customer's account and mobile device, and should not be allowed to use it by others. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by poor management of mobile devices or consent to use them to others.

(3)    Customers must set up and manage the payment password function to prevent illegal payments from being made in each app market. The company is not responsible for damages caused by customer carelessness.

(4)    The company may determine the specific details of each of the following actions, and the customer must follow them.

1)     How to use the service.

2)     External mobile platform alliance service policies such as Kakao, Facebook, and Google Plus.

(5)    In relation to the service, the company only grants customers the right to use the service, account, ID, nickname, etc. according to the terms of use set by the company, and customers cannot transfer, sell, or provide collateral.

 

Chapter 4 Use of Service and Restrictions

 

10.   Notice of service

(1)    According to Article 5, the company allows customers who have completed the use contract to use the service immediately. However, in the case of some services, the service can be started from the designated date according to the company's needs.

(2)    When providing services to customers, the company may provide other additional services, including those specified in these terms and conditions.

(3)    The company can differentiate its use by classifying customer ratings and subdividing the hours of use, the number of uses, and the scope of services provided.

11.   Use of service

(1)    The service is provided for a fixed time according to the company's business policy. The company guides the service delivery time in an appropriate way on the app application initial page or service announcements.

(2)    Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the company may temporarily suspend all or part of its services in any of the following cases. In this case, the company will notify the reason and duration of the suspension in advance on the application initial page or service notice. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances that cannot be announced in advance, it may be notified afterwards.

1)     If necessary for system operation, such as regular system inspection, expansion and replacement of servers, and network instability, etc.

2)     In a case where normal service provision is impossible due to power outages, service facilities, flooding of service use, repair or inspection of facilities by key telecommunication business operators, etc.

3)     In a case where a situation beyond the control of the company, such as exhibition, speculation, natural disaster, or equivalent national emergency, occurs.

(3)    The company provides services using dedicated applications or networks for mobile devices. Members can download and install the application or use the service free of charge or for a fee using the network.

(4)    In the case of paid content such as professional services, you must pay the fee specified in the service to use it. If you download an application or use a service over the network, you may incur a separate fee set by the mobile carrier you subscribed to.

(5)    Downloaded and installed applications or services used over the network are provided to suit the characteristics of mobile devices or mobile carriers. In the case of mobile device change, number change, or overseas roaming, all or part of the content may not be available, and in this case, the company is not responsible.

(6)    In the case of downloaded and installed applications or services used through a network, background work may proceed. In this case, additional charges may be incurred to suit the characteristics of mobile devices or mobile carriers, and the company is not responsible for this.

12.   Change of service and stop

(1)    The company can change the service according to operational or technical needs for smooth service provision, and notify the service before the change. However, if it is inevitable to change such as correction or emergency update of bugs or errors, or if it does not constitute a significant change, it may be notified later.

(2)    The company may suspend all services if it is difficult to continue the service due to serious management reasons such as the abolition of business due to business transfer, division, merger, etc., the expiration of contracts to provide applications, and significant deterioration of profits. In this case, the date of suspension, reason for suspension, and compensation conditions are notified through the app application initialization screen or its connection screen until 30 days before the suspension date, and the members are notified by the method of Article 27 (1).

13.   Collection of information

(1)    The company can collect or utilize members' mobile device information (settings, specifications, operating systems, versions, etc.) excluding members' personal information for smooth and stable operation of the service and improvement of service quality.

(2)    The company can request additional information from members for the purpose of improving services and introducing services for members. Members may accept or reject this request, and if the company makes this request, they will also be notified that the member may reject this request.

(3)    Depending on the characteristics of the service, the company can collect or utilize application user experiences (using the asset, using the asset attribute, purchasing information, size or resolution of videos or photos used in the service) through Unity Analysis to improve the service. The company posts the collection information within the application service or on its connection screen. If you don't want to collect application usage information, the customer can withdraw their consent to collect within the application service or on its connection screen.

14.   Notice of advertisement

(1)    The company can place advertisements within the service regarding the operation of the service. In addition, advertising information can be transmitted only to members who agree to receive through e-mail, text service (LMS/SMS), push message (Push Notification), etc. In this case, the member may refuse to receive it at any time, and the company does not send advertising information when the member refuses to receive it.

(2)    You can connect to advertisements or services provided by others through banners or links among the services provided by the company.

(3)    When connected to advertisements or services provided by others pursuant to paragraph (2), the service provided in the area is not the company's service area, so the company does not guarantee reliability and stability, and the company is not liable for any damage to its members. However, this is not the case if the company intentionally or grossly fails to facilitate the occurrence of damage or take measures to prevent damage.

15.   Attribution of copyrights

(1)    Copyright and other intellectual property rights for content within the service produced by the company belong to the company.

(2)    Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for content not produced by the company among the contents serviced through the service belong to the right holder of the content.

(3)    Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for user content posted within the service belong to the right holder of the user content.

(4)    Except as otherwise prohibited by the company through these terms and conditions or individual content labeling, customers may use all content obtained by using this service unlimitedly and may use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other means or by a third party. However, this is not the case if user content or a third party other than the company is the right holder.

(5)    Customers shall not remove any copyright, trademark, or watermark marks included in services and customer works without prior consent from the company.

(6)    The company does not use user content posted within the service for profit without the explicit consent of the member who created the user content, and members can delete such user content at any time.

(7)    If a member registers and posts user content within the service, the company can provide it free of charge by copying and transmitting user content to other members who use the service. In addition, it may be cited or exposed to search results on the Internet, such as portal sites, service promotions, news contents, and other services, and may be partially modified, edited and posted to the extent necessary for such exposure. However, in this case, the member may request the company to delete or modify the post at any time.

(8)    The company may take temporary measures against user content, etc. if there is a possibility that infringement of rights may be recognized even if there is no request from the right holder.

(9)    The provisions of this article continue to apply even after a member terminates the use contract and withdraws from the membership of Taenada.

16.   Purchase of paid contents, period and use

(1)    Paid content purchased by customers within the service is only available on mobile devices that have downloaded or installed the application.

(2)    If the paid content purchased by the member has a period of use, the period of use of each content shall be according to the specified period at the time of purchase. However, if the service is suspended pursuant to Article 13 (2), the period of use of paid content without a fixed period shall be up to the date of suspension of the service announced when the service is suspended.

17.   Restriction on service use for members

(1)    Members shall not violate the obligations of members under Article 10, and in the event of such acts, the company may take restrictions on the use of members' services, deletion of relevant information (text, photo, video, etc.), and other measures.

1)     Restriction of use: Restricting the use of services for a certain period of time or permanently

(2)    If the restriction on the use of paragraph (1) is justified, the company shall not compensate the member for damages caused by the restriction on the use.

 

Chapter 5 Payment and Termination of Use Agreement

 

18.   Payment method

(1)    Payment methods for products purchased from the service can be made in any of the following ways. However, the company does not collect any additional fees for the member's payment method.

1)     Payment of various cards such as prepaid card, debit card, credit card, etc.

2)     Internet banking, online deposit without a bankbook, etc.

3)     Payment by other electronic means of payment, etc.

(2)    When purchasing paid content, members must use the payment method in their name when using the payment method under paragraph (1), and must not arbitrarily use the payment method of others. The member is responsible for the loss and damage of the company, the legitimate owner of the payment method, and the third party related to payment caused by the arbitrary use of another person's payment method.

(3)    Members must use a legitimate and legitimate means of payment when paying for the purchase, and the company can check whether it is. In addition, the company may suspend the transaction or cancel the transaction until the confirmation of the legality of the membership payment method is completed.

19.   Purchase request

(1)    Members shall apply for purchase in the following or similar manner while using the service, and the company shall provide each of the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when members apply for purchase.

1)     Check and select paid content.

2)     Selection of payment method and input of payment information.

3)     Application for purchase of paid content and confirmation thereof or consent to the company's confirmation.

20.   Establishment of contract and supply

(1)    The company may not accept a member's purchase application under Article 19 if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

1)     Where there is a false, omission, or error in the contents of the application,

2)     In the case where a minor purchases content containing content prohibited by relevant laws such as the Youth Protection Act, etc.,

3)     In a case where it is determined that the approval of the purchase application is significantly hindered by the company's technology.

4)     In a case where it is judged that there are reasons for non-approval, such as violation of these terms and conditions due to other reasons attributable to members, etc.

(2)    The time when the member's purchase contract is established is the time when the company marks the completion of the purchase in the purchase procedure.

(3)    Members can use paid content purchased immediately after purchase is completed.

21.   Withdrawal of subscription

(1)    Members who have signed a contract with the company on the purchase of paid content may withdraw their subscription according to the method determined by the company within seven days from the establishment of the contract. However, if paid content has already been provided and members have begun to use it, the subscription cannot be withdrawn even within the above period.

(2)    If there is a withdrawal of membership, the company will refund the payment already paid within three business days.

(3)    The company uses the same means as the members used to pay for the refund of the above payment.

(4)    The company does not claim penalties or damages from members on the grounds of withdrawal of subscription.

22.   Termination of contract

(1)    Members can terminate the contract at any time by withdrawing from the membership if they do not want to use the service. Due to the withdrawal of membership, all the information on the member's use in the service will be deleted, making it impossible to recover.

(2)    The company may suspend the use of the service or terminate the service contract for a considerable period of time if there are serious reasons why the customer cannot maintain this contract, such as prohibited by these terms and conditions, operational policies, or service policies.

(3)    Refunds and damages pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be processed in accordance with the Content User Protection Guidelines.

(4)    The company may terminate the use contract and take measures such as destroying the member's personal information to protect the personal information of members who have not used the company's service for a year (hereinafter referred to as a "dormant account"). In this case, the member is notified of the fact that measures such as termination of the contract and destruction of personal information will be taken 30 days before the date of action and personal information to be destroyed.

 

Chapter 6 Compensation for damages and Immunity

 

23.   Compensation for damages

(1)    The company or customer is responsible for compensating the other party for damages in violation of these terms and conditions. However, this is not the case if there is no intention or negligence.

(2)    If a company enters into a partnership agreement with an individual service provider and provides individual services to customers, the individual service provider is responsible for damages to the customer due to the intention or negligence of the individual service provider.

24.   Immunity of company

(1)    The company is not responsible for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

(2)    The company is not liable for damages caused by other similar reasons, such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, construction, etc. of service facilities. However, this is not the case in the case of intention or negligence of the company.

(3)    The company is not responsible for obstacles in service use due to customer intention or negligence. However, this is not the case if the customer has unavoidable or justifiable reasons.

(4)    The company shall not be liable for the reliability and accuracy of information or data posted by customers related to the service unless there is intentional or gross negligence.

(5)    The company is not obligated to intervene in transactions or disputes that occur through services with other customers or others, and is not liable for any damages caused by them.

(6)    The company is not responsible for damages incurred to customers in relation to the use of free services. However, this is not the case in the case of intention or gross negligence by intention or gross negligence.

(7)    The company is not responsible for the failure or loss of profits that customers expect from using the service.

(8)    The company is not responsible for third-party payments caused by customers' failure to manage mobile device passwords and passwords provided by app market operators. However, this is not the case in the case of intention or negligence of the company.

(9)    If a customer is unable to use all or part of the content due to changes in mobile devices, numbers of mobile devices, changes in operating system (OS) versions, overseas roaming, and changes in carriers, the company is not responsible for this. However, this is not the case in the case of intention or negligence of the company.

(10) If a customer deletes the content or account information provided by the company, the company is not responsible for it. However, this is not the case in the case of intention or negligence of the company.

(11) The company is not responsible for the content of the content produced by the customer through the service. The customer explicitly understands and agrees that the customer is solely responsible for all activities and content of the customer through the service, regardless of whether it was performed by the customer himself or a third party using his account. Customers may not engage in offensive acts such as illegal, aggressive, hate threats, slander, defamation, obscenity, or create or transmit offensive content regarding the use of the service. Examples of unpleasant behavior or content are as follows, but are not limited thereto.

1)     Act that promotes illegal or illegal activities.

2)     References to religion, race, sexual taste, gender, nationality/ethnicity, or other target groups, including comments, defamed or discriminatory content.

3)     Act or content for unauthorized advertising, gambling promotion, etc. in a random or mechanically generated form of spamming.

4)     The act or content of adding or installing viruses, malware, trojans, etc. to or from content to interfere with, damage or damage data, or obtain information from a third party.

5)     Any act or content that violates another person's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other rights.

6)     Contents that contain false information or functions.

7)     The act of impersonating an individual or organization, including the company and its employees or their agents.

8)     Content that violates the privacy of a third party.

(12) The company has the right to decide at its sole discretion whether the content is appropriate and complies with the terms and conditions, and to reject or remove the content, but is not obligated. The company can change the way content is formalized and edited. The company may restrict or cancel the use of the service if you post unpleasant content. Nevertheless, the company understands and agrees that the use of the service can expose customers to content that can be deemed insulting, obscene, inaccurate, or unpleasant, as it cannot control all content posted by customers and/or third parties to the service.

(13) Regarding the content created by the customer through the company's services, the company is not responsible for direct or indirect legal issues arising from the content produced by the customer. However, if the legal problem arises because the company directly violates the legitimate rights of a third party, such as patent rights and copyrights, or if it is caused by intentional or gross negligence of the company or its workers

(14) The company can use the content provided by others (such as the content of "Stock photo" in the service, the content downloaded by customers, etc.), but is not responsible for direct or indirect legal problems caused by the content provided by others.

(15) The company may provide a service that allows the customer to add and manage their own fonts. Before uploading a font to the service, the customer must ensure that the font's license permits its use in their content creation. The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect legal issues that arise from fonts added by the customer.

25.   Notification to members

(1)    If the company notifies the member, it can be used as the member's e-mail address, e-memo, note in the app service, text message (LMS/SMS), etc.

(2)    If the company notifies the entire customer, it may replace the notification under paragraph (1) by posting it within the application or service for more than 7 days or presenting a pop-up screen.

26.   Jurisdiction and governing law

(1)    These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Korean law. If a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute between the company and the customer, the court in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law shall be the competent court.

27.   Customer's grievance and dispute resolution

(1)    The company guides customers on how to present their opinions or complaints in consideration of their convenience within the service or on its connection screen. The company operates dedicated personnel to deal with these customer opinions or complaints.

(2)    If the company objectively recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by customers are justified, it will handle them quickly within a reasonable period of time. However, if it takes a long time to process, the customer will be notified of the reason and processing schedule within the service or notified pursuant to Article 27 (1).

(3)    If a dispute arises between the company and the customer and a third dispute settlement agency makes adjustments, the company may faithfully prove what it has taken to the customer, such as restrictions on use, and follow the mediation agency's mediation.

  4. ¡°ÇÁ·Î ¼­ºñ½º¡±¶ó ÇÔÀº ȸ»ç°¡ À¯·Î·Î Á¦°øÇÏ´Â ¼­ºñ½º·Î À¯·á ¿¡¼ÂÀ̳ª À¯·á ¿¡¼Â ¼Ó¼º µîÀ» ¸»ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  5. ¡°¿¡¼Â¡±À̶õ ¼­ºñ½º¿¡¼­ Á¦°øÇϴ µ¿¿µ»ó, À̹ÌÁö, ¿Àµð¿À, ¾Ö´Ï¸ÞÀ̼Ç, ÆùÆ®, ÅÛÇø´, È¿°ú µîÀ» ¸»ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  6. ¡°¿¡¼Â ¼Ó¼º¡±À̶ó ÇÔÀº ¼­ºñ½º¿¡¼­ ¿¡¼ÂÀÇ »ö»ó, Å©±â, ÇØ»óµµ, ¹à±â, ±×¸²ÀÚ, Áú°¨, Àç»ý ¼Ó¼º, ¾Ö´Ï¸ÞÀ̼Ç, ¾Ö´Ï¸ÞÀÌ¼Ç ¼Ó¼º ¹× ÀÌ¿¡ ºÎ¼öÇÏ´Â ±âŸ ¼Ó¼ºÀ» ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

  8. ¡°È¸¿ø¡±À̶ó ÇÔÀº °í°´ Áß È¸»ç°¡ Á¦°øÇϴ ȸ¿ø°¡ÀÔ ÀýÂ÷¸¦ ÅëÇÏ¿© ȸ¿ø°¡ÀÔÇÑ °í°´À» ¸»ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  9. ¡°¸ð¹ÙÀÏ ±â±â¡±¶õ ÄÜÅÙÃ÷¸¦ ´Ù¿î·Îµå ¹Þ°Å³ª ¼³Ä¡ÇÏ¿© »ç¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ±â±â·Î¼­, ÈÞ´ëÆù, ½º¸¶Æ®Æù, ÈÞ´ëÁ¤º¸´Ü¸»±â(PDA), ÅÂºí¸´ µîÀ» ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

  12.  ¡°ÄÜÅÙÃ÷¡±¶õ ¸ð¹ÙÀÏ ±â±â·Î ÀÌ¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï ȸ»ç°¡ ¼­ºñ½º Á¦°ø°ú °ü·ÃÇÏ¿© µðÁöÅÐ ¹æ½ÄÀ¸·Î Á¦ÀÛÇÑ À¯·á ¶Ç´Â ¹«·áÀÇ ³»¿ë¹° ÀÏü(¾Û ¹× ³×Æ®¿öÅ© ¼­ºñ½º, ¾ÖÇø®ÄÉÀ̼Ç, ¿¡¼Â, ¿¡¼Â ¼Ó¼º µî)¸¦ ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  13. ¡°ÀÌ¿ëÀÚ ÄÜÅÙÃ÷¡±¶õ ȸ¿øÀÌ ¼­ºñ½º¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ´Â °úÁ¤¿¡¼­ ¼­ºñ½º ³»¿¡ °Ô½ÃÇÑ ºÎÈ£, ¹®ÀÚ, À̹ÌÁö, À½¼º, À½Çâ, È­»ó, µ¿¿µ»ó µî Á¤º¸ ÇüÅÂÀÇ ±Û, ±×¸², »çÁø, µ¿¿µ»ó ¹× °¢Á¾ ÆÄÀϰú ¸µÅ© µîÀ» ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
  14. ¡°¾Û¸¶ÄÏ¡±À̶õ °³¹ßÀÚ°¡ ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÄÜÅÙÃ÷ µîÀ» µî·ÏÆÇ¸ÅÇϰí, ÀÌ¿ëÀÚ°¡ ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÄÜÅÙÃ÷ µîÀ» ±¸¸ÅÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï °Å·¡¸¦ Áß°³ÇÏ´Â °ø°£À» ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ¸ð¹ÙÀÏ ¿î¿µÃ¼Á¦(OS)¿¡ µû¶ó ¾Èµå·ÎÀÌµå °è¿­Àº ±¸±Û Ç÷¹À̽ºÅä¾î, iOS´Â ¾ÖÇà ¾Û½ºÅä¾î°¡ ´ëÇ¥ÀûÀÎ ¾Û¸¶ÄÏÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
  15. ¡°¾Û¸¶ÄÏ »ç¾÷ÀÚ¡±¶õ °³¹ßÀÚ°¡ °³¹ß, Á¦ÀÛÇÑ ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÄÜÅÙÃ÷ µîÀÌ °Å·¡µÉ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï ¾Û¸¶ÄÏÀ» ¿î¿µÇÏ´Â »ç¾÷ÀÚ¸¦ ÀǹÌÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

¨é °í°´Àº ¼­ºñ½º Áß ÀϺθ¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿©´Â ȸ¿ø°¡ÀÔÀ» ÇÏ¿© °èÁ¤À» »ý¼ºÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ȸ¿øÀÌ µÇ°íÀÚ ÇÏ´Â ÀÚ(ÀÌÇÏ "°¡ÀÔ½ÅûÀÚ")´Â º» ¾à°ü ¹× º°µµÀÇ °³ÀÎÁ¤º¸Ã³¸®¹æÄ§ µîÀÇ ³»¿ë¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© µ¿ÀǸ¦ ÇÑ ´ÙÀ½ ȸ¿ø°¡ÀÔ½ÅûÀ» Çϰí, ȸ»ç°¡ ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ½Åû¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ½Â³«ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ȸ¿ø°¡ÀÔÀÌ ¿Ï·áµË´Ï´Ù. ȸ»ç´Â °¡ÀÔ½ÅûÀÚÀÇ ½Åû¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ½Â³«ÇÔÀ» ¿øÄ¢À¸·Î ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. ´Ù¸¸, ȸ»ç´Â ´ÙÀ½ °¢ È£ÀÇ ¾î´À Çϳª¿¡ ÇØ´çÇÏ´Â ÀÌ¿ë ½Åû¿¡ ´ëÇØ¼­´Â ½Â³«À» °ÅÀýÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
